Keerthy Suresh

Keerthy (born on the 17th of October 1992), is an Indian actress. She has a prominent role on screen in Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam movies. She received the National Film Award's Best Actress award for portraying Savitri the character in the Telugu film Mahanati (2018). Three SIIMA Awards were also given to her. Also, she received a Filmfare Award South. Keerthy Kumar Suresh is the actress Menaka G. Suresh's daughter. Her professional career started in the early 2000s when she was a child actor. Her return to film following her study of fashion. The year 2013 was the last time she was the role of lead actress in Geethaanjali, a Malayalam-language film. She went on to star in successful films such as Ring Master (2014), Rajinimurugan (2016), Remo (2016), Bairavaa (2017), Nenu Local (2017), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Mahanati (2018), Sarkar (2018), Sandakozhi 2 (2018), Penguin (2020), Miss India (2021), Good Luck Sakhi (2022) and Sarkaru Vaari Paata (2022). In the year 2015, Keerthy accepted her first films outside of Malayalam and signed on to participate in a variety of Tamil films simultaneously. Her first film release is A. L. Vijay's romantic comedic Idhu Enna Maayam (2015) which was a co-production with Vikram Prabhu. However, the film was not a success in the theater. To accommodate larger projects, due to her crazier schedule, she had opted from a few films which she started to work on. It included Krishna's Maane Thaene Paeye (a romance) and Deekay's Kavalaivendam. The actress was in two films quickly, along alongside Sivakarthikeyan, Rajini Murugan & Remo. Dhanush was also one of the main actors in Prabhu's Thodari. Although the release date of Janakitho Nuvvu hasn't been set, reports suggest that the film could be released sometime in September of 2020. In the year 2016 Nenu Sailaja with Ram Pothineni, was her debut. Keerthy debuted in Bairavaa (directed by Bharathan) with actor Vijay.
